Lead-time for production varies depending on the size of your order, the quantities of each item ordered, and seasonal factors including Balinese holidays. Bali has a number of week long holiday periods that fall irregularly throughout the year.
Discount offer and cancellation. We ship only to qualified wholesalers and retailers. Our prices are quoted in US Dollars. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any orders for which a deposit has been paid and more than 50% of production completed.
We offer a replacement guarantee on our products. Any claims must be received within 30 days
